Join the Big Smestow Valley clean-up

Let’s come together as a community to give Smestow Valley Local Nature Reserve in Wolverhampton the care it deserves!

Jordan Ferguson, Conservation Officer for Smestow Valley Local Nature Reserve at City of Wolverhampton Council, is inviting council colleagues, friends, and local residents to roll up their sleeves and take part in a community litter pick on Saturday 29 November. Whether you’re a nature lover, a local resident, or just looking to make a difference, this is a great opportunity to get involved.

Join and help to:

  • Help protect and enhance one of Wolverhampton’s most beautiful green spaces
  • Meet like-minded people and enjoy the great outdoors
  • All equipment is provided — just bring your enthusiasm!
  • Whether you stay for the full two hours or drop in for a bit, every helping hand counts

This event is part of the wider initiative to Explore, Enhance, Protect and Promote Smestow Valley Local Nature Reserve, proudly supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
